This is a pivotal role in raising standards, promoting best practices, and improving the quality of learning outcomes for our students.

**The Role**

As a full-time Tutor and Assessor, you will deliver and assess across multiple vocational pathways — supporting learners through online, classroom, practical, gym floor, treatment room and studio-based training. You’ll play a key role in shaping the next generation of fitness professionals, ensuring they receive an engaging, high-quality learning experience.

This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work required). Weekend availability is essential due to the scheduling of some practical training and assessment days.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-quality training and assessment across multiple disciplines.
- Support learners through all stages of their qualification journey.
- Ensure quality standards are met and maintained across all programmes.
- Provide ongoing guidance, feedback, and support to students and colleagues.
- Complete assessments and documentation in line with company and awarding body requirements.
- Promote continuous improvement and uphold company standards, policies, and procedures.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Level 2 Gym Instructor
- Level 3 Personal Trainer
- Level 3 Sports Massage
- Assessor Qualification (or equivalent)
- Award in Education & Training (AET) or equivalent
- Level 4 Sports Massage
- Level 3 Mat Pilates
- Level 3 Reformer Pilates
- Proven experience delivering in at least one of these core vocational areas

(Gym / PT / Massage / Pilates)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
