**Procurement and Operations Assistant**

**Linklife Recruitment is currently recruiting for a **Procurement and Operations Assistant for our client based in Thame.**

**Salary**:£12.50 per hour (£24,375)

**Hours**: 7:30am-4:30pm

**Duties**:

- Running reports for current stock
- Compiling, placing, tracking, and recording orders
- Ensuring Manufacturing always has the correct components required for staying ahead of the schedule
- Sourcing new products and/or suppliers and producing pricing comparison reports
- Maintaining stocks and stores control and reporting to management
- Maintaining constant communication lines between manufacturing and commercial departments, liaising continuously between Commercial Manager and Workshop Supervisor

**Requirements**:

- High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Own transport preferable

**Salary**: £24,375.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
