**Salary**:up to £26,000 depending on experience

**Summary**:At Bis Henderson, we are looking for an experienced Administrator to work in a Warehouse Office for a successful nutraceutical company. The role of the Administrator is to support the Operational teams to ensure the highest levelof service, quality and efficiency within the operation to support the business in achieving all goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan & manage operative workloads
- Maintain Health and Safety, Quality and Hygiene guidelines
- Update the order status spreadsheet to reflect real time progress
- Ensure timely communication between the warehouse and shipping teams
- Manage collections (Drivers and paperwork) on site
- Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
- Manage stock and place orders, monitoring and forecasting demand
- Report to upper management on stock levels and stock issues
- Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met

**Key Skills/Experience**:

- Strong Administration skills
- High organisational capabilities, including time management
- Excellent data manipulation skills through Microsoft Excel
- Great attention to detail
- Great team player with a can-do attitude
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g SAP) desirable
- Export experience desirable but not essential
