**Product Manager - SC cleared**

A major central government department are seeking a SC cleared Product Manager to join them on an initial 6-month contract, inside IR35.

**Responsibilities**
1) BAU
a. Be responsible for the end-to-end pipeline through liaising with the different component leads
b. Track progress of daily runs, in conjunction with the different component leads. Ultimately responsible for successful output(s).
c. Familiarise themselves with the different data sources, components, technologies used
d. Familiarise themselves with the different LMA (Logging, Monitoring, Alerts) tools for the different components
e. Coordinate effort/communication when issues arise and help component lead identify issues / resolve issue / mitigation
2) Enhancements/Tech debt
a. Make sure that enhancements to one component is impact assessed in downstream components
b. Advise components leads on any enhancements they wish to implement
c. Ultimately responsible for prioritising enhancements /tech debt
d. Work with AWS/RS architect and the component migration teams to make sure that solution is fir for purpose and meets existing requirements
3) Standardisation
a. Be responsible/SME for standardisation component of Unadjusted
b. Ensure that standardisation is quality assured and documented
c. Lead software developer to enhancement/bug fixes as required until it gets decommissioned
d. Undertake development work as required
e. Provide cover for standardisation BAU when software developer is on leave
4) QA / Documentation / Security
a. Work with end-to-end tester to make sure that end-to-end solution has been properly tested and documented
b. Liaise with component leads to review testing they have completed (TBC)
c. Liaise with component leads to make sure that there is sufficient end-to-end documentation which is readable
d. Liaise with component leads to ensure security / data protection is considered
5) Meetings / Ceremonies
a. Attend Unadjusted ceremonies and meetings
b. Organise fortnightly Unadjusted + Matching meetings
**Technical Skills**
1. Must: python, SQL, docker, Jenkins, bash, git
2. Nice to have: SAS, ActiveEOn
