Stock and Admin Assistant

We are looking to recruit for a Stock and Admin Assistant to join our team at Brechin Castle Centre, the position is 24 hours per week, 4 out of 7 days (weekend working on a rota basis is required)
Duties will include:
- Ensure accurate input of all incoming goods on EPOS/stock control system.
- Ensure all current offers and promotions are timeously recorded on the system.
- As required price/mark up delivery lines and notify suppliers of damages/shortages.
- Deal with credit requests to suppliers as requested.
- Support annual stock takes.
- Ensure information on EPOS system is up to date and accurate.
- Answer telephones
You will be required to:
- Have an attention to detail.
- Be able to analyse information and data.
- Be computer literate.
- Have a good understanding and experience using excel and spreadsheets.
- Always follow company policies and procedures.
- Problem solving as and when required to do so.
- Communicate effectively with others.
- Provide appropriate handovers as required.
- Always maintain company standards.
