**Earnings** for Junior Bartender starts at **£12** per hour with an **automatic guaranteed increases** of £0.25/hour after 6 months and 2 times more within 18 months to **£12.75 **per hour, we commit to our staff welfare.

As part of the **Bartending team,** you as Junior Bartender will be responsible for ensuring our guests experience is prompt, helpful, and sincere. Provide an amazing experience to our customers. You must be passionate about mixology and creating delicious and gorgeous cocktails. Be able to work as part of a team, delivering consistent, high standard customer service with an attention to details even under pressure.

**For this Junior Bartender position some previous experience is essential. A passion for hospitality and willingness to learn is a must.**
