**What you will be doing...**

We’re looking to hire an **Aviation Security Advisor** to join our **Safety, Compliance and Security Team**.

Reporting to the Aviation Security Manager, our **Aviation Security Advisor**, helps provide support and assistance to ensure the company meets the requirements in respect of its air carrier operations both in the UK and foreign states as outlined within the company **Air Carriers Security Programme** and related aviation security processes and procedures. As our **Aviation Security Advisor**, you will be prepared to travel both within the UK and Overseas.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Providing support and advice to various teams within the business on matters relating to aviation security procedures and regulations.
- When required, reviewing, investigating and escalating of security incident reports as well as the completion of risk assessments.
- Conduct audits of security functions delivered by both internal departments and external security providers within the UK and overseas.
- Delivery of security training courses for various internal departments.
- Creation of reports and statistics on Aviation Security related occurrences to help and assist briefings across the wider business.
- Develop promotional material for publication within internal communications.

**What you’ll have**:

- You’ll have experience of working within in airline operations.
- Auditing qualification and/ or formal training qualification.
- A proven ability to instruct small groups and the creation and delivery of training material.
- Be logical, reliable and discrete when required, analytical and inquisitive with an attention to detail.
- Ability to successfully gain UK Security Vetting Clearance to CTC Level with possibility of SC level if required.
