**Position: Customer Service Representative**

As a Customer Service Representative at car specialist customs you will be on the frontline of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service to all members of our organization. This role requires a positive attitude, excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in order to exceed our customers' expectations.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner,
- Develop a strong understanding of our car company's products, services, and policies to accurately assist customers and provide relevant information.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the workshop and management to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective problem resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer service processes, provide feedback on customer preferences, and contribute to ongoing improvements within the company.

**Required Skills**:

- Prior experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs, determine appropriate solutions, and resolve issues.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- A customer-centric mindset with a positive, friendly demeanor that reflects our company's values.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate data entry and documentation.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving customer demands.

**Salary**: £18,471.00-£20,023.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
