We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker

As a Support Worker, you will provide personal care, emotional support, and practical assistance to individuals who require additional support due to learning difficulties and/or autism with behaviors that challenge. You must have excellent knowledge and understanding of our children and young adults' individual and unique needs and challenges. You must be passionate about safeguarding and promoting the welfare of individuals and committed to providing quality care and support.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Supporting individuals with daily living activities.
- Helping with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
- Providing companionship and social support
- Developing positive relationships
- Recording relevant information into the correct documentation
- Supporting and maintaining the successful implementation of support plans/other documentation around the service user

Previous experience in a similar role is required.

Posted salary is based on a 40 hour contract, not inclusive of overtime and sleep ins. Overtime is paid at £14/hr and sleep ins are an additional £70 per sleep in.
