**About The Role**:
RAC have an exciting opportunity within our Marketing Team based in Bristol. We are currently for an experienced **Product Designer **with strong analytical & problem-solving skills to join on a permanent basis. This role will be delivered on a **flexible hybrid model** of working three days from home and two days at our **Bradley Stoke** office.

As a Product Designer at the RAC you’ll support all the design aspects of a product squad and act as a central point of reference for the product's overall user experience. You’ll need to be passionate about delivering best-in-class experiences that drive positive business outcomes.

**What You’ll Do**

As well as working closely and constructively with fellow product designers; engineers; product owners and business teams to innovate and devise intuitive, visually appealing solutions that meet both business and user needs. You’ll be responsible for;
- Supporting and planning and facilitating both qualitative and quantitative research activities
- Using design skills to thoroughly explore problems before analysing and synthesising insights to create solutions.
- Facilitating co-creation sessions with other disciplines to explore problem spaces and ideate potential solutions.
- Rapidly ideating design solutions, through sketching, wire-framing, user flows and interactive prototyping to clearly communicate design concepts.
- Support identify new product improvement opportunities using data, customer insights and competitor analysis. Taking a user-centred approach to your work, putting real customer needs at the centre of your thinking, and ensuring that your work is validated with real users.

**What You’ll Need...**

To be considered for this position we’re looking for someone with ideally 2-4yrs experience as a Product Designer. You’ll also have proven experience and the ability to execute a creative vision and the ability to clearly explain your vision to stakeholders.. You’ll also possess the following;
- Experience in working in a fast-paced, commercial environment with a track record of delivering high-quality work that delivers positive results.
- Experience of self-initiated end-to-end product design work, from research and insight gathering through to ideation, prototyping, testing and handover.
- Have familiarity with defining research and usability briefs, validating research approaches and translating research outcomes into clearly communicated and feasible design iterations.
- Be comfortable presenting ongoing design work at various stages of completion, with a clear rationale, to team members and colleagues of all levels.
