**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create new and optimise existing product content with best practices
- Produce informative and engaging ‘how to guides’ across various technical categories
- Learn and implement SEO best practices into your content and overall work
- Enhance all aspects of product enrichment including imagery, attachments, and product attributes
- Copywrite unique, engaging and informative product descriptions and general copywriting on the website where needed
- Use marketing and analytics tools to help monitor the success of your work and help optimise your time and priorities
- Strong attention to detail to spot and correct web content that will enhance user experience
- Promote our products on our website and additional marketplaces
- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy and relevance of content
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop content strategies that align with company goals
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and drive organic traffic
- Edit and proofread content to ensure high quality and adherence to brand guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content writing and digital marketing
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong command of English (both written and oral)
- Interest in computers and networking is a must
- Talent and passion for copywriting and proofreading
- Proactive and flexible attitude with excellent organisational and administration skills
- Analytical mindset
- Keen interest in digital marketing & SEO
- Possess a passion to improving efficiencies and enhancing user experience
- Proficient in data entry and computer navigation
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and photography
- Familiarity with social media marketing strategies and platforms
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
