**Job Overview**

This is a **freelance/self-employed role**, suitable for someone who’s experienced in communal area cleaning and confident working independently. You’ll be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming communal spaces across the 4-block site on a **fortnightly schedule**.

**Duties**:

- Perform thorough cleaning of stairwells, banisters, internal windows, floors, doors (inside & out of the entrance door to the block of flats), and remove cobwebs
- Maintain high attention to detail and ensure all cleaning meets PrimeTouch standards
- Communicate promptly with the PrimeTouch team about access, supplies, or any issues that arise
- Work independently and responsibly without constant supervision
- Maintain professionalism and respect at all times, especially when on-site at residential properties
- Follow health & safety procedures and treat the property with care

**What You’ll Need**:

- Experience in communal or property management cleaning (preferred but not essential if confident and capable)
- **Your own cleaning equipment** and cleaning products (we can also provide cleaning products if needed)
- **Public Liability Insurance** (essential)
- Must be **self-employed** and able to invoice for your work
- Flexibility and good timekeeping — this is a long-term, consistent role
- A strong work ethic and pride in delivering quality results every time
