Window cleaner required.
But not just a window cleaner. Cleaning at clients homes to windows, fascia, guttering, conservatory roofs, patio and driveways. Our core work is repeat window cleaning in traditional style, so the work will involve some working at height off portable ladders mainly at first floor level (4m) occasionally at gutter height (5m) or rarely 2nd floor (7m). All locally based.
Also some commercial clients for window cleaning, builders cleans and end of tenancy cleans.
Experience preferred but full training given including safe working practices. Additional skills will be added as appropriate and as ability progresses. This will include using water fed pole for conservatory roofs, pressure washing to a variety of surfaces, and deep cleaning to new build houses. You would work mainly in 2 person teams, occasionally solo and up to 5.
Customer relations critical to our growth and all staff are expected to be polite and approachable.
Driving license essential. This job attracts Pension contributions, 4 weeks holiday + bank holidays.
