**Job Summary**:
To assist the Independent Hospital Manager to manage the Hospital and take the lead in developing clinical best practice ensuring compliance with the appropriate National Minimum Standards, Private and Mental Health Act (1983), Mental Capacity Act 2005,and other statutory requirements. In addition to work in Line with NMC Code of Practice as required for Registered Nurses.

The Clinical Lead will also deputise for the Independent Hospital Manager ensuring the effective management and operation of the independent hospital, providing a person-centred service for people with mental health conditions and associated needs whichmeets and exceeds the requirements of legislation and inspection requirements.
