**THE COMPANY**

This company is a well-known UK based luxury retailer, operating from brick & mortar stores as well an online website. You will get lots of ownership with this role, manage a couple of direct reports, and work on multi-channel campaigns - an exciting challenge

**THE ROLE**

As a CRM Executive, you will focus on campaigns. Some of your main responsibilities will be:

- Evaluate the performance of campaigns, completing A/B tests where necessary
- Work collaboratively with various teams within the business such as; the data and insights team.
- Present actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders through presentations.
- Manage 2 direct reports

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

A successful CRM Executive will have:

- Campaign deployment and analysis experience is a must.
- Knowledge and experience working with an ESP is essential.
- Commercial awareness and strong communication skills.
- Ability to analyse campaigns to a deep level.
