New Nursery Opening

We are opening a brand-new nursery in **Patchway**, this is a purpose-built building at the Charlton Hayes site.

The site will have capacity to take 96 children from 3 months to 5 years.

We are hiring for the following positions:
**Nursery Room Leader**:
To plan and lead the daily routine of a room, activities, planning, monitoring and evaluation.

To oversee the deployment of staff in the room and to be responsible for ensuring that all requirements are met.

To support the care and education of the children in the room within a key person structure, promoting good practice and being a role model for other staff and children.

To ensure that the safeguarding and welfare of the children is paramount in the room at all times.

To be aware of and comply with the Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Framework.

In the absence of the Deputy Manager the Team Leader would support the Nursery Manager in the supervision and deployment of all staff in the Nursery.

Where required, act as key holder and have responsibilities for opening and closing the nursery.

Assist the Nursery Manager and nursery staff in providing a dynamic, active learning environment for the children on a day-to-day basis.

**Early Years Practitioner/Educator**:
You will be working in an exciting environment with children of varying ages from birth until 5 years old. You will be working with the Team Leader within the daily routine of a room. You will be planning fun, creative and educational activities, monitoring and evaluating our children and their progress.

You will also be responsible for deployment of staff in the rooms.

You will be managing the care, needs and education of the children within a key person structure, promoting good practise and setting high standards as a role model for both the children and staff alike, creating a vibrant, upbeat and positive environment.
