We are currently hiring for experienced complex care staff to join our team of carers working to support an individual client, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to their life. In this role you will be supporting a young adult with complex needs within the family home. As this client requires on-going support, situated in the GL51 area, you will have the opportunity to work both days, and or nights, allowing you to have the flexibility to support your own commitments.

**Your role will include**:

- Providing personal care and support, re-positioning
- Medication and peg feed
- Consistent monitoring
- Assisting with activities of daily living, domestic duties
- Maintaining and updating reports such as care plans
- Working within a team of support staff

**Experience Required**:

- Paid previous experience as a care assistant is essential
- Previous experience working with brain injuries, or other similar complex care needs (essential)
- Excellent communication skills
- Drivers License & access to vehicle (preferred for days)
- Good professional and personal references

**In return for your hard work, you’ll receive**:

- £11.17 - £16.76 per hour
- Refer a Friend at **£400** each
