**We are primarily looking for drivers in the SN14 and SP4 areas, however, we do have vacancies across Wiltshire.**
We are expanding our Community Service support and creating a new division within our already established Patient Transport Business, which will see us delivering care in the community by transporting Special Educational and Disability Needs transport for children to and from healthcare facilities; ie schools and other learning hubs to repatriation and travel to specialist education centres. Your role will be hugely rewarding, albeit challenging, however we can offer you the opportunity to very quickly become an invaluable colleague within our team.

**Do you have what it takes? A great community transport assistant will be required to;**
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Display a calm, considerate and careful driver behaviour. You will need a full UK driving licence with no more than three penalty points
- Be an effective and confident communicator
- Naturally demonstrate team collaboration
- Be physically fit for moving and handling
**We really ‘Care’ about our People **- therefore investing in your training to ensure you are competent and confident to deliver what is needed is our priority, coupled with the opportunity to develop skills and experience which will enable career development - for those looking for a career pathway. You will also be required to attend First Aid training along with additional specialist training required to work in Patient Care. Our aim is to equip you with all the skills and knowledge necessary to become a fully competent Community Transport Assistant, however our ongoing training opportunities are open ended.
