**About the Role**:
As a Support Worker, you'll be a vital part of our team, making a real difference in the lives of the people we support. You'll build positive relationships with our clients, empowering them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

**What You'll Do**:

- Provide compassionate care and support with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Encourage engagement in social activities and hobbies to promote well-being and independence.
- Assist with medication administration, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Accompany clients to appointments and social outings, providing transportation and companionship.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team.

**What You'll Bring**:

- A genuine passion for supporting people with learning disabilities.
- Previous experience in a care setting is preferred, but not essential. We provide full training and ongoing support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring and compassionate nature with a commitment to person-centered care.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Home care: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
