As our Empowerment Content Marketing Specialist and On-Camera Presenter, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your creative prowess and marketing expertise while captivating audiences with your on-screen presence. Your primary focus will be on crafting compelling content, managing our digital marketing efforts, and confidently presenting our empowering message to the world.

**Responsibilities**:
Build, schedule and deploy a calendar of content as agreed with the Marketing and Brand Manager.

Develop engaging copy that communicates our brand's values, voice, and vision, and sparks an emotional connection with our audience.

Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content and ensure high visibility in search engine rankings, driving organic traffic to our platforms.

Manage our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with our followers, and fostering a vibrant and supportive community.

Strategize and execute social media marketing campaigns that amplify our message of empowerment and attract a dedicated following.

Collaborate with our creative team to develop visually stunning and impactful content, including graphics, videos, and visual storytelling elements.

Conduct in-depth analytics and performance tracking to measure the success of our content and marketing efforts, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera, presenting our empowering message through videos and live presentations.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content marketing, digital marketing, and social media, incorporating innovative strategies to keep our brand at the forefront.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Brand Manager and web developer, to ensure a cohesive and empowering brand experience.

Assist in planning and executing Facebook PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic and engagement (training will be provided).

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform content strategy and stay ahead of the curve.

Required Skills & Experience:
A deep passion for female empowerment and a strong desire to make a positive impact through content marketing and digital strategies.

Proven experience in content creation and copywriting, with the ability to craft compelling and inspiring narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices, allowing you to optimize content for search engines and increase organic visibility.

Proficiency in social media marketing, including platform management, content scheduling, community engagement, and campaign execution.

Basic understanding of Facebook PPC campaigns (training will be provided).

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve content and marketing performance.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring content is delivered on time and aligns with our brand guidelines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a captivating storytelling ability and a flair for capturing our brand's unique voice.
