We have an exciting new opportunity for a Compliance Manager to join a leading Insurance Administrator who specialise in automotive based insurance products working with the leading dealerships across the UK. The Compliance Manager is the newest role inan ever growing division and will report directly to the Head of Compliance. Our client provide their insurance products to a wide range of partners and this role will ensure that all relevant compliance and regulations have been adhered to ensuring the correctrepresentation upon sale.

The Compliance Manager will work to improve and support compliance procedures, working practices, and compliance culture with the dealerships. They will also provide timely, sound, and pragmatic advice and guidance on regulatory matters and business queries;building a reputation for excellent support and service. The role will be joining during an exciting period for the division and so will be able to assist with building procedures and best practice for the role. The Compliance Manager will look to ensure allFCA regulations are adhered too; managing analytics and reports surrounding this and also conducting regular reviews with clients.

The role will be remotely based with head office based in Warwick for any required training or meetings. The role is Monday - Friday; 37.5 hours a week. On offer is a salary of £40,000 - £43,000 per annum with an opportunity for an annual performance basedbonus. Whilst a remote based role there will be a need for meeting with clients and so a company car is also included in the package. The role has very strong opportunity for growth in the future and would be looking for someone to join them with ambitiousfor long term stability and progression.
