**Position**

Chiptech are currently recruiting for a Technical Operations Supervisor to carry out first line support and operational supervision of the order processing, build and dispatch process.

The role will be a first point of contact with Chiptech customers coordinating a 1st line technical support and escalation path through to the account management team. This element will require a technical knowledge of Chiptech products for which training will be provided and a level of data input and reporting for tracking and measuring through the CRM. As part of this task, priorities and responses must be given to the technical tickets to ensure SLAs are met.

In addition to the technical support, the role will coordinate priorities within the operational order and build process. The role will update customers on delivery dates and ensure that parts are available to meet demand.

We are looking for a good communicator who is logical and driven.

**As a Technical Operations Supervisor, you will**:

- Be a single initial point of contact for Chiptech customers to support with technical queries and operational updates.
- Log, track, and update actions within the CRM ensuring escalation points and response is in line with criticality and business SLA’s
- Provide first line technical support
- Provide weekly updates of support tickets raised
- Assist in onboarding of new customers, including generation of configurations, setting up cloud-based portals and updating internal documentation
- Oversee operational output ensuring output priorities are set and met
- Ensure customers are updated with forecasted output
- Own inventory and ensure governance is in place with parts management and movement
- Provide general assistance the Account Manager and CEO for other operational and customer support duties.
- Coordinate the returns and warranty process
**Required Experience**
- System administration skills and proficient with Excel
- Work experience in Operations or a technical support role
**Ideal Experience**
- Six Sigma or ACE based quality and root cause operational effectiveness skills
- Experience in a product-based business
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Have some experience within the Assistive Living or Healthcare industry
