**Role: Legal Secretary**
**Place of work: Glasgow City Centre**
**Contract type: Full-Time, 35 Hours per week.**
**Working Pattern: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.**
Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit an efficient and organised Legal Secretary to join our busy Legal Support Team. You will work across the firm initially in supporting the Family, Dispute Resolution and Litigation departments.
The role within this growing team will be to provide administrative support to fee earners, audio typing, drafting documentation, as well as proof reading and formatting documents. Undertaking ad-hoc legal administrative duties with concise and clear communication with Solicitors. Taking and making calls on behalf of the solicitors, relaying accurate and speedy correspondence as well as ensuring accuracy and professionalism at all times. Other duties include: Maintaining contact with the courts regarding cases and clients, ensuring all processes and procedures are adhered to at all times, opening and closing clients files and ensuring files are maintained to a high level, instructing service of court documents, monitoring key dates and ensuring deadlines are met and compliance procedures are up to date on all files and matters, acting as first point of contact for the team and dealing with enquiries in a professional manner.

**Requirements**:
- Previous Secretarial/administrative experience within a legal environment
- Litigation Experience
- Previous Audio Typing Experience
- Proficient in producing court documentation
- Strong work ethic and team player
- Ability to work independently
- Positive outlook
