Nolan uPVC is a leading manufacturer and installer of PVC windows, doors and conservatories based in Carmarthen.

We have a vacancy to join our office team as a **Aftersales Advisor.**

An experienced administrator is Essential.

Office Hours - Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary
- Arranges daily routes for engineers
- Logs and actions calls in to the database
- Reacts to urgent calls
- Customer communication
- Ordering parts and dealing with a variety of suppliers
- Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed

**Desirable skills**:

- Prior Office Experience
- Customer service experience
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Strong Prioritisation and Organisation Skills
- Ability to Handle Confidential Information
- Strong Record Keeping Skills
- Ability to Multitask

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £21,673.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
