**What you'll be doing**:

- Being responsible for dealing effectively with queries from customers by telephone, at all times conveying a professional and efficient attitude following customer service standards.
- Resolving as many, if not all, queries as possible during the initial contact whilst being proactive to customer needs and actively participate in customer service improvement.

Achieving standards set within the SLA for KPI needs on behalf of all trusts.
- Providing clear, concise, and accurate information to clients, their employees and third parties ensuring at all times that a positive and professional manner is deployed.

**What you’ll bring**:

- The ability to work in a team with excellent Customer Service Skills
- Being computer literate is essential, proficient at using Microsoft word, Excel
- The ability to multitask, prioritise workload and have a good understanding of Time Management
- Understanding of performance targets and able to work towards KPI’s
- Previous experience of working in a customer service environment is essential as is a background of working in a fast-paced work environment

**It would be great if you had**:

- A fast learner with the ability to retain information
- Experience of working towards targets or KPI’s

**Employment Type**:Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**:£22,672.00
