**MOBILE PATROL OPERATIVE / LEWISHAM**

**Role**: Permanent vacancy
**Hours**: Flexible shifts - 40 hours across 5 days out of 7 and car parks operate mornings and afternoons / may also consider part time working
**Pay**: £11.05 per hour + competitive bonus scheme + £500 quality retention bonus

**Job Purpose**:
To be responsible for issuing Parking Charge Notices to vehicles that do not comply with on-site parking regulations. The role will involve working outdoors across various car parks in your designated area. Due to the nature of the role, there will be a large amount of face-to-face interaction with members of the public.

**Duties as a Mobile Patrol Operative**:

- Your main focus will be delivering front-line service, issuing PCN’s to vehicles that are not adhering to on-site rules i.e. non permit holders or abuse of disabled/parent and child bays.
- You are encouraged to work in a collaborative way where you engage with one another regularly.
- Full induction and training provided, including H&S and conflict resolution.
- The role will involve working outdoors across various car parks in your designated area.
- Due to the nature of the role, there will be a large amount of face to face interaction with members of the public.
- You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to their clients and users of the car park.
- To efficiently plan routes with the use of navigation apps and knowledge of the region
- To work with members of the public in a professional manner, even in confrontational situations
- To promptly report any health and safety issues that arise in line with company policy

**About you**:

- Must hold UK driving license and your own vehicle
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Good eye for detail
- A positive working attitude
- Flexible with working hours and days depending on the car parks operational times
