We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant who will be responsible for helping Teachers and support staff in finding their dream jobs, as well as building relationships with schools. There is huge career and earning potential in this role and we are seeking someone who would like to grow with the company.

The role is working on a desk where you will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships with clients (schools) and building relationships with non using clients. You must have a mindset of treating your desk as your own little business.

The role will also involve consulting and developing business with schools, which includes consultative calls to develop business and meeting with Head teachers in schools to discuss staffing requirements.

**The role**:

- Filling jobs with client schools
- Develop existing and new business in schools to gain vacancies
- Develop professional and consultative relationships with school leaders and job seekers
- Recruiting teaching and SEN professionals
- You must have at least 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in sales and a successful track record within these roles
- Excellent communicational skills, both written and verbal
- Able to think outside the box to help find teachers
- Strong level of enthusiasm and initiative
- Has the desire to succeed
- A genuine interest in the recruitment industry
- Ideally, a university graduate.
- Psychology graduate would be a huge plus
- Education industry knowledge, but not essential
- Must be motivated and keen
- Must have a good attitude
- Competent in using IT

We are based in Brentford, a short walk away from Brentford Rail Station and a 2 minute bus ride away from Boston Manor Station, on the Piccadilly Line.
