**Art Road Trip Coordinator - 30 month FTC**:

- Working in liaison with the National Partnerships Programmer, the postholder will:
- Plan the logistics of the Art Road Trip tour, mapping route and timescales, including accommodation and subsistence for Gallery Educators/drivers
- Communicate with potential partners and confirm partnerships, issuing agreements and providing information including timescales, constraints of sites etc
- Build a detailed budget including the purchase/hire of vehicles, storage/parking, general maintenance, breakdown cover, insurance etc
- Build a detailed project plan and share with other departments including Legal, Creative, Development and Marketing
- Attend Art Road Trip meetings and act as note taker
- Ensure the needs of partners are considered when building a route map and project plan
- Assist with the creation and management of a project Risk Assessment
