**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- ** Lead the Team**:Support the management team by leading and motivating your colleagues to deliver excellent service and keep our customers coming back for more.
- ** Be Hands-On**:Get stuck in with everything from serving customers to assisting in the kitchen—show your team how it’s done
- ** Maintain High Standards**:Ensure that every aspect of service meets GBK’s high standards, from the quality of the food to the cleanliness of the restaurant.
- ** Support Operations**:Help with the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including managing shifts, keeping an eye on stock, and ensuring everything is running smoothly.
- ** Customer Focus**:Ensure every customer has a fantastic experience, resolving any issues quickly and with a smile.

**What You Bring**:

- **Experience**:Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are even more important.
- ** Leadership Skills**:You’re a natural leader who knows how to inspire a team and get the best out of people.
- ** Customer Service Focus**:You love working with people and have a knack for making customers feel welcome and valued.
