**About the role**:
**You will part of a bespoke team supporting one individual within their own home. You will support them as part of a team that works together in ways that are led by the individuals needs. This unique way of working means that you will get to know them really well and will be able to offer the best support possible.**

We are currently recruiting for two individuals in the Morecambe area who live in their own homes with 24 hour support.

Individual 1: Is a female who loves to have a team that can enjoy going to fairgrounds and long walks with her. She is really creative and would like a team who help her creativity flourish. He also enjoys visits to the local coffee shop and watching movies.

Individual 2: Is a male with a love of all things public transport Buses and trains are his main interest so if you can join him in his enthusiasm for this you'll be off to a flying start

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to individuals in a way the works for them.
- Help others to live independently.
- Budgeting
- Be a voice for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health support needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.60-£12.00 per hour

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
