Customer Service Administrator

**Job Purpose**:
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Be the first point of contact for inbound customer calls providing information, advice and guidance on products that are provided
- Work closely with customers and our logistics team in addressing delays, shortages, breakages, returns and customer complaints.
- Chase purchase orders & delivery dates with customers
- Demonstrate knowledge, understanding and enthusiasm for the business and its products in order to ensure that you are able to aptly assist Customers with any queries.
- Maintain all aspects of administration to a high standard whilst being committed to achieving tight customer SLAs and helping the team to achieve its KPIs.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure that they have all the information they require prior to closing the books on a monthly basis.
**Person**
- At least 6 months experience in customer service and/or sales
- Well-developed interactive, organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, dealing with multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient computer skills with data entry and communication: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of food industry is helpful
- Dynamic personality
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £26,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
