**Job Summary**

**A supervisor's duties include**:
- Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate front of house staff to provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist in food preparation and presentation, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Report and assist General manager
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and customer enquiries effectively.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and service.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area in line with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and assist in ordering when necessary.
