We are looking for a confident and creative **Graduate Social Media Content Creator** to join our marketing team. This role will give you the opportunity to work across all three companies, gaining experience in **video production, editing, and digital design**.

**Role Overview**

The role is heavily focused on **video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro** and **image creation in Adobe Photoshop**. You will be responsible for producing high-quality content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You should also feel confident presenting products and projects on camera when required.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Video Production & Editing**
- Film and edit engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Use **Adobe Premiere Pro** to produce short
- and long-form video content to a professional standard.
- Confidently present and demonstrate new products on camera.
- Optimise all video output for each social channel.

**Image Creation & Graphic Design**
- Use **Adobe Photoshop** (and Illustrator if possible) to create high-quality graphics, thumbnails, and social media visuals.
- Ensure all designs follow the brand identity of each Dortech Group company.
- Support marketing campaigns with creative visual assets.

**Social Media Content & Engagement**
- Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
- Monitor performance, engagement, and community interaction.
- Keep on top of trends, editing styles, and viral formats.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Recent graduate in **Film, Media, Marketing, or Creative Arts**.
- **Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro (essential)**.
- **Good skills in Adobe Photoshop (essential)**.
- Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
- Confident and comfortable on camera.
