**Role - Business Intelligence Lead**
**Skills - SQL / Power BI or Tableau**
**Location - Nottingham, 5 days per week**
**Salary - Up to £65,000 Based on experience.**

**The Company**

Oscar Technology has partnered with a large business looking to expand its IT / Technology team. Specifically, they're looking for a Business Intelligence lead.

As a family-owned business, they pride themselves on being in business for 40 years and working with over 1000 companies.

**The Role**

This role is to expand their reporting and information division team, focusing on the data and processing systems.

You will be working in collaboration with HR, Finance, Payroll, and software teams, improving their reporting and data usage and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**
- Create self-serve reports and dashboards using PowerBI or Tableau.
- Create reports based on the objectives gathered from internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify issues with the data sources and, where possible, work on a plan to migrate them.
- Support the other areas of the team with technical elements of models and dashboards.
- Interpret data to highlight any issues or risks that will support and influence decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- SQL
- Power BI or Tableau
- Prior experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer
