**The Opportunity**

Here within the CXC Talent Sourcing Function we are seeking an energetic and driven Recruitment consultant, to target and attract new clients/opportunities to support the growth of our Talent Sourcing function.

You will be responsible for, developing relationships with clients and stakeholders, driving revenue growth and opportunities, through strategic recruitment and business development efforts.

Here are some of the exciting responsibilities that await you:

- Identify, attract and develop a client base, which can provide revenue generating recruitment opportunities, through best practice business development activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and business development and share insights with the team to continuously improve our strategies.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring your A-game in the following areas:

- Experienced in attracting and targeting new clients.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and the flexibility to adjust priorities on the fly.
- Vertical market experience would be preferred but not essential provided in a current 360 new business environment.
- A curious mind and a hunger for learning and growth, as we're always striving to improve our recruitment and business development strategies.
