**Rate**:£15 per hour (8am - 9am) / £11 per hour (9am - 12pm)
**Hours**:8am until 12pm, Monday to Friday

Looking for a role in social care? Why not consider joining our team as a Care Professional? As a Care Pro, you’ll be looking after older people in their own homes, allowing them to remain living independently. You’ll support them with companionship, home help and personal care.

The role of a Caregiver is varied, as is any role in social care, but a typical day may include:

- Companionship
- Shopping
- Personal care
- Medication assistance
- Light exercise
- Pet care
- Cooking
- Home help
- Chaperoning

Home Instead is the UK’s most recommended Home Care provider and we have been rated as ‘outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission, the highest rating possible.

We provide the kind of care and support that makes people happy. Our visits are at least an hour long, with Care Pros our clients know and like, coming to see them at times they request.
**Experience in social care is not essential as full training will be provided**
- We will support you in completing your Care Certificate
- You'll receive a **£200 bonus **if you complete your Care Certificate within three months
- We will support you in gaining a qualification in NVQ Adult Health and Social Care, if desired
- Paid shadowing visits before you start visiting clients
- No short calls - we have a one hour minimum for all visits
- Competitive pay rates between £11 and £15 per hour
- Paid travel time
- Paid mileage (45p/mile)

We have a friendly supportive office team in Farnborough. There's always someone available to help and we never send new team members to a client without first introducing them. It's all about the relationship: you first meet your client in the company of someone they already know and trust. You can ask all the questions you need to make sure you're delivering the very best care.

**Requirements**:

- You are a driver with your own car
- You live in, or near, the Farnborough, Farnham, Fleet, Frimley or Aldershot area
- You have the right to work in the UK
- You will be willing to provide personal care (after training)
