At Freedom Heat Pumps, we are committed to delivering sustainable heating solutions while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and safety. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive **Sales Support Coordinator**to join our team and play a key role in driving customer engagement, sales administration, and relationship management.

**Hours 37.5**

**Work location: 100% office based**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Customer & Sales support** Handle customer enquiries professionally, ensuring a seamless journey from initial enquiry to sale and completion.
- ** CRM & Lead Management**: Manage the CRM system, track sales activities, and develop Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- ** Sales Administration**: Own and manage sales processes, ensuring accurate logging of quote and order values.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and internal teams to meet business objectives.
- ** Campaign Management**: Oversee sales functions related to marketing campaigns for specific technologies.
- ** Teamwork & Personal Development**: Foster a positive team environment, uphold our core values, and take responsibility for your own professional growth.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Experience in account and project management.
- Relationship-building expertise with both clients and internal teams.
- IT proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, etc.).
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Knowledge of renewable technologies is a plus, but full training will be provided.
