**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of hospitality, including catering, serving, and food preparation. **Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation as required, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of meals.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Provide support during catering events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
- Maintain a clean and organised front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with catering services is an advantage.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is essential to ensure compliance in all food handling practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21-£16.69 per hour
