- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, housekeeping standards, food production, and food safety
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff members, customers, and other stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills to address issues or challenges that may arise during daily operations
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
