Here at Cloud Pharmacy, our priority is to make sure our patients are cared for and supported, and your role will be to help maximise our team’s potential to reach this goal.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer interaction**: Provide professional and friendly assistance to patients via digital platforms and telephone.
- **Team collaboration**: Work closely with pharmacists and colleagues to uphold high standards of patient care.
- **Providing product and service information**: Answer patient queries about treatments offered and the ordering process.
- **Administrative tasks**:Processing cancellations and refunds efficiently while maintaining communication with patients.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Strong IT skills (experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word required)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset
- Written and verbal communication skills are preferred, but sufficient training will also be provided
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
