**Overview**

An enthusiastic individual required to join a Worthing based energetic family run, rubber gasket & seal manufacturing company in the sales office.

**Responsibilites**:

- Answer incoming calls and direct as necessary
- Calculating basic quotes
- Acknowledge customers within the target of 48-hours from receipt of order
- Raise proforma invoices where necessary from in-house system
- Producing order paperwork
- Deal with existing customer enquiries, liaising where necessary with other departments and the Production team.
- Complete various customer’s progress chasing documents as required
- Liaise with customers with regard to order collections/deliveries and with courier companies
- Raise despatch paperwork
- Other general administrative duties e.g. post and filing,

You'll be self motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn. It's essential that you show great attention to detail, have strong interpersonal skills and a positive can do attitude as you will be working as part of a small but busy team of 5. Strong Numeracy Skills are essential and a knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) would be an advantage but full training will be given on the job. Opportunities to develop into a more sales or technically focused role exist for the right person.

37 hour week - 8:00 - 5:00 Mon - Thurs, 8:00 - 1:00 Fri

Pay: £24,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
