Role Overview:
Are you looking to develop your skills and knowledge of financial systems? Join Genus' Shared Service centre as an Accounts Payable Specialist and support **Genus ABS** and** Promar International** transition from Oracle to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

You will play an integral role in preparing for the D365 go-live in Great Britain by testing, identifying and resolving issues with IT Functional Analysts dedicated to the global project. In addition, the role of Accounts Payable Specialist is your opportunity to be involved in a company-wide change initiative to create efficiencies and an enhanced user experience for our Finance teams.

This position is new to the Shared Services team and available with an immediate start. The contract is temporary to meet the needs of the D365 project.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Invoice capturing and purchase order matching in Oracle
- Processing invoices and liaising with business managers to obtain coding and approvals, escalating when necessary to the service level agreement (SLA)
- Liaising with suppliers and employees to resolve queries related to invoices, statements, expenses and payments
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Providing aged creditor analysis and complete month-end tasks
- Monitor, respond and manage communications received to the Accounts Payable mailbox.

**Requirements**:

- Previous work experience in the same or similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively with internal and external customers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
