**About the role**:
As we continue expanding our digital education team to ensure we can make the most of developing technologies, we have an exciting opportunity to join us in a new role as a Digital User Experience Apprentice
You will be required to support the Learning Environment team daily alongside your colleagues and provide occasional holiday and sickness cover as and when required.
This is a 4-year Digital User Experience Apprenticeship programme, during which you will receive 20% off-the-job Learning and Development. Any of our campuses in Oxfordshire, Berkshire or Surrey could be your base location with occasional opportunities to work from home.??
**What do you need to be a successful as a Digital User Experience Apprentice at Activate Learning?**
To make the most of this apprenticeship we're looking for someone with a passion for XR technologies, looking to build their career in XR development. As such you should have a basic understanding of VR, AR and MR technologies, including software and hardware, as well as an understanding of platforms such as Unity or Unreal Engine, and 3D modelling, animation and UX/UI design would be an advantage.
You should be a collaborative worker and strong communicator, with good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies in this fast-paced field is important.
