Full Time: 08:30-16:30 Monday to Friday with Paid 1 Hour Lunch Break included.
Annual Leave - 28 days per annum, includes the Bank Holidays.

SPS Maintenance Limited is a family run business specialising in the installation, and maintenance of specialised security equipment, including Fire Alarms, Fire Doors, CCTV, Access Control, Intercoms, PAVA systems, Vesda systems, Intruder Alarms, Nurse Call Systems, Disabled Refuge Systems, Disabled Toilet
Alarms, Barriers and Fire extinguishers. We have an ever-growing team of engineers based in and around the
London, Greater London, as well as Across North and South of England. We are rapidly expanding as a business across the country and are looking for a professional, experienced administration assistant to work in our head office on Discovery Court Business Centre working as Contract Support on the Kier Portfolio.
**Job Description and Daily Duties**:
- Scheduling, organising and engaging with clients and engineers regarding new, part and upcoming jobs
- Providing support to the client with job updates and ETA’s of attendances to ensure we meet client
SLA’s
- Determine the nature, priority of faults based on information provided by the client
- Ensure accurate processing of estimate quotations to customer and purchase orders to suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitoring calls received from the customer through to call completion and updating records
- Effective communication with all levels of internal teams and external customers
- Familiar with daily operations and the specific scope of the contract
- Undertake any other duties as requested by the Directors, Operations Manager, and Office
Manager
- Processing job sheets completed by engineers daily to send to client as an update within 48 hours of completion
- Keeping spreadsheet of open works up to date for booking in purposes and weekly teams meeting with customer
- Ability to prioritise own workload with supervision and use of own initiative

**Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
**Education**
- Good basic education to GCSE (or equivalent standard), which will include an English and
Maths qualification.
**Training**
- Very proficient in the use of Outlook, Word, and Excel,
- Excel skills to include basic functions, v-lookups, etc.
- Full training on our CMS Joblogic will be provided in house
**Experience**
- Experience of a similar customer facing role in a medium-sized business.
- Well-developed communication skills enabling the individual to work with Senior Managers, clients, suppliers, and staff of all levels and abilities.
