**This role is home based but we meet regularly so you must be based in Wiltshire, Hampshire, Dorset or Oxfordshire area.**
We are an award-winning family business providing an HR outsourcing service to businesses across the UK.
We have an opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our small team. You must have a **minimum of 4 years in an HR Advisor role.**

Your role will be to provide commercially focused HR support to our SME client base across the UK.
You need to have experience in giving advice to managers in the following areas:
- Investigations
- Grievance
- Disciplinary
- Absence & long term sick
- Performance issues
- Redundancy
- Tupe
You need to be customer driven, have a hands-on approach, with the ability to identify pragmatic, business focused solutions to problems while thinking through the wider implications.
This job is not for everyone........you need to be **well organised**, have **excellent admin skills and outstanding attention to detail.**
The majority of our work is over the phone or on teams. You need to be able to build relationships with clients, give advice on all aspects of HR from an employee not turning up for work through to advising on a dismissal.
You will be allocated your own clients and you will provide everything from offer letters and contracts, references, holiday calculations and all aspects of HR advice.
One minute you might be advising on a safe guarding issue in a day nursery the next you could be dealing with a theft from a hotel. Every day is different. It's a very busy role with lots of admin.
Being able to design and deliver online training in key HR areas for our clients would be beneficial.
This is outsourcing, so all clients have different contracts, different holiday entitlement, different sick pay arrangements. It’s not only the employment terms that are different but also their workplace culture.

This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday 9am -5pm.

Pay: £32,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
