As a sessional Personal Assistant/Support Worker, you are an essential part of our frontline services. Our sessional staff support:

Personal Assistants (Support Workers) have the most important role within ENABLE Scotland by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. No two days are the same for our Personal Assistants/Support Workers but what we can guarantee is that you will be supporting someone with a learning disability/mental health concern to achieve their goals and outcomes - whatever they may be
Each person we support has different support needs, so your support worker role may include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst expanding their social networks and connections.
- Our rotas our compiled on a monthly basis so, unlike other sessional jobs, you will know what you are working for the entire month ahead. This is based around your availability so you are in full control.
- The more open your availability is, the more opportunity there is to pick up shifts.
- Shifts can be short days, long days, sleepovers and waking nights but you dont have to be available for all of these.

Staff will provide excellent quality support to the individuals based on their specific needs via a 1-1 specific person-centred approach.
