We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to fill the role of Personal Assistant to the Chairman. This is a part-time role, with a route to a full-time position.

Working Hours:
**Duties**:

- Administration:

- Managerial roles:
Assisting the Chairman in managerial roles, such as creating rotas, counting hours for payroll, the interviewing process, and serving as a liaison between the Chairman and his employees.
- Online shop manager:
Responsible for ordering stock for our gift shop, which operates both online and as a physical store within the premises.
- Social media management:
**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of clerical duties, phone etiquette, data entry, and office management tasks.
- High proficiency in computing tasks.
- Highly organised.
