**About us**

Kilkhampton Lodge is situated in Kilkhampton a small, picturesque village in North Cornwall close to the Devon border approx. 5 miles from Bude, 17 miles from Holsworthy, 19 miles (30 mins) from Bideford.

**Personal skills and attributes**

We are looking for very special people to work with all our service users in our warm homely environment for 9 adults with Learning Difficulties and Mental Health conditions with complex needs who have their own flats and individualised care packages.

Applicants require a full driving licence.

If you enjoy helping others, walking, cooking, sewing, shopping, cycling, arts and crafts, going to the pub/cinema, working at a farm, football/rugby, dancing, gardening, rock music/gigs, fun parks, swimming, etc. then this could be the job for you. Training and support given including from mental health first aiders.

**What we offer our employees**

We supply vehicles, and spending money for residents activities and all meals and drinks when on duty for staff.

Excellent pay rates (£10.00 per hr rising to £13 for weekend hrs). Double pay bank holidays and an annual leave increment for the first 5 years.

This is a full-time post. You will have a 4-week rolling rota with every other weekend off, which means that you will know your hours well in advance, enabling you to have a healthy work/life balance. Optional overtime available.
