We are looking to recruit a Mobile Cleaner on a permanent basis to cover a portfolio of sites in Essex including Harlow and Basildon.
- 37.5 hours a week
- £28,000 per annum
- Weekend work occasional

**What are we looking for?**
- Prior professional Cleaning experience is essential
- Prior experience in hard floor cleaning is an advantage
- You will need to have a Clean Full UK Manual Driving Licence, but a Company Vehicle is provided.
- IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps).
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English).

**Responsibilities - Cleaning Operative / Mobile Cleaner**:

- Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames
- Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
- Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
- Hoovering of carpeted areas.
- Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
- Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
- Replenish consumable items e.g. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels
- Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks
