**Our Performance**

Our Performance, Outcomes & Quality Assurance service is recruiting an ICT Applications lead for our Case Management systems for Children’s Services. This exciting role will be responsible for the daily management of the development and maintenance of our ICT systems for Children’s and Adults Services (e.g. Liquid Logic Systems [LAS/LCS; EYES;EHCP) and Integrated Youth Support System (IYSS) and in addition will support the implementation of new modules and IT tools across Adults and Children’s Services.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Systems team Manager, you will work closely with the supplier, system team and service areas ensuring that the systems are aligned to the needs of users and requirements.

You will work with the systems team during system upgrades and failover testing ensuring minimum downtime for the service users and work closely with the suppliers to ensure that upgrades are delivered using structured change management methods.

You will work closely with Corporate ICT, Programme Office and key partner agencies during IT implementation programmes and support relevant activity of the corporate Business Intelligence programme. You will work closely across all operational teams to ensure all systems and databases enable the efficient collection of operational and performance data.

**About you**

We are looking for a forward thinking, dynamic individual with excellent leadership and initiative skills who is keen to work with IT solutions with substantial and intricate experience and technical knowledge of LiquidLogic systems. You will have a good understanding of working with an internal supporting service desk. You will also have firm operational knowledge of Children's and Adults Services as well as an understanding of service commissioning.

Familiarity with other Liquid Logic products would be helpful.
